All orders must be paid before shipping. Sales tax will be added to orders placed by Nebraska state residents.
Processing time: Unless specified in the listing as a custom order item, most items ship within 12-24 hours, so if you need to make a change after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Contact us if you have any special requests or want to upgrade shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, send us a message before you order and we’ll work with you to make sure your order is on time.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Suzy Swede is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refund/Exchanges: Occasionally there can be flaws in the printing, or the garments themselves. We check our garments before they are shipped, but if we missed something, you’ll have 14 days in receipt of your order to convo me about an exchange or refund.
Incorrect Sizes: If you find you have ordered an incorrect size, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments are exchangeable, minus shipping costs. I’ll have you place a new order for the correct size and then return the unworn, and unwashed garment. To be eligible for a refund, garments must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. (Okay, we’ll overlook a pet hair or two…) Once the garment is received, a refund will be processed immediately, minus shipping expenses. Be sure to contact me regarding the exchange so I can watch for your return.
